Good Friday

It's Good Friday.. well the question is.. since Jesus died today, what is so good about good friday? Well, it is supposed to be a solemn occassion no doubt, but the goodness comes in Jesus dying to save us from our sins.. i do hope i am right.. honestly.. i am quite a bad catholic =x

went to church at 12.30pm first.. couldn't wake up.. had to drag myself up.. mass was thankfully not too long.. it was raining very heavily during that time.. if anyone realized.. it always rains on Good Friday.. my parents and i were just talking that we all realized that.. probably because when Jesus died.. it rained too.. and the timing was just around 3pm when he died.. yeah.. seems quite true.. well.. after church.. we went home for a while.. dad bought bread.. cos today we are supposed to fast..meaning 2 half meals and 1 full meal.. so we had bread with otah.. went back to church at for the stations of the cross at 5.30pm.. talking about this makes us all so angry.. my brother was the one saying he wanted to go... so we all say ok lor.. at 4.50pm when we were leaving house.. my brother said he not going.. he meeting his friend at 5.30pm to go skating.. u say angry a not? nevertheless, we went ahead.. reached church quite early.. so decided to go for confession.. which i have been trying to avoid.. but no regrets.. actually i come out feeling better..

after that we went for dinner.. our full meal.. went to IMM cos mum wanted to go laser flair.. buy 大长今 dvd.. then we saw Memoirs of a Geisha dcd also out.. mum also bought.. and harry potter latest dvd.. dinner had yong tau foo.. then went home le..

initially mum and i said we wanted to watch memoirs of a geisha.. but dad said watch Pope John Paul II vcd.. becos we have to keep holy today.. haha.. and geisha is abt sex.. so no no for that.. lol.. so when we were watching vcd.. i did a necklace and a earring.. did a lot of trial and error.. actually its simple.. but well my first time doing.. so took quite a long time.. did a ring in the afternoon for my aunt.. as promised.. attached here is the set of earring + necklace + ring i gonna wear for ah gong's birthday.. becos mum said she wanted me to be her model.. lol..



then here is the ring i made for my aunt.. erm.. yeah.. that's my fat and ugly finger.. that can't fit into that ring.. lol



yup.. so that's about it for today.. gonna go work tomorrow.. and attending the easter vigil mass at 7.30pm.. kinda looking forward to that mass.. there's gonna be a very lovely atmosphere with lots of candles.. hehe...
